The documents generated by this tool are self-help templates prepared by the user, not by an attorney.
This Service provides self-help document preparation tools that allow property owners to prepare their own appeal documents for pro se (self-represented) filing. You are responsible for:
CRE VIPER does not represent you before any government body, board of review, tax tribunal, or court. You are solely responsible for presenting your case. We do not attend hearings, file documents on your behalf, or communicate with any government agency regarding your appeal.

Commercial property tools are designed for properties in Michigan and Ohio. Residential appeal letter tools are available for all 50 US states. Results may not be accurate or applicable for properties outside supported jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Michigan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CRE VIPER regarding use of this Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
